  1. By using the PhoneCards365 website you confirm your agreement to our Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change at any time. We will place revised Terms and Conditions on this webpage and will alert you through a message on our homepage.

  2. PhoneCards365 reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.

  3. If your order is accepted, we will send you an email invoice confirming your purchase and we will email you the details of the phonecard(s) you have purchased. Both emails will be sent immediately. Therefore, it is imperative that your email address is correct and for this reason we use your email address (as a User ID) to uniquely identify you.

  4. You agree to provide us with a valid and functioning email address. Delivery of the product(s) is completed when our system sends the email(s) containing the phonecard information to you. However, at your request (by email) we will resend the same email to you at the same email address.

  5. You agree to keep all emails containing phonecard details (including PIN numbers) confidential. We shall not be liable for losses incurred by you as a result of you disclosing such confidential information to third parties.

  6. You must keep confidential all passwords you have nominated to be connected to our website. You agree that we may disclose any information in connection with your accounts to anyone who correctly quotes your User ID (email address) and password.

  7. Currently most of the phonecards available on our website function only in the United Kingdom. You are strongly advised to read the Terms and Conditions of the phonecard(s) which you wish to purchase. The Terms and Conditions for each phonecard can be found from the Phonecards webpage.

  8. Should a phonecard become faulty, you must contact Customer Services immediately by email or telephone us on +44 (0)1274 306417.

  9. We will refund faulty international phonecards but we reserve the right to charge you for any calls made prior to the fault developing. Customer Services will provide us with a call history of the phonecard usage and we will charge you accordingly.

  10. You undertake that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods are correct, that the Credit or Debit card you are using is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase.

  11. If there are any changes to the personal information supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform PhoneCards365 as soon as possible. Each and every time you make a purchase from our website, you confirm that the personal information which we hold about you is true and accurate.

  12. We shall process and record personal information about you. We may use automated decision making systems to process and record personal information. We will retain your personal information for only as long as required by law.

  13. In order to process, record and use personal information we may disclose it to
    (a) any person working for us
    (b) any relevant payment system
    (c) any person to whom we propose to transfer any of our rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement we may have with you
    (d) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of us
    (e) any fraud avoidance scheme in which we participate and
    (f) anyone to whom you authorise us to give personal information.

  14. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

  15. In order to process, use, record and disclose personal information, we may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom. We are responsible for ensuring that personal information continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.

  16. You agree that "personal information" referred to in clauses 10 - 15 includes: (a) personal identifying details such as your name, address and email address. (b) your credit history, including instances of credit defaults or credit infringements. (c) information about your creditworthiness or capacity.

  17. Credit card transactions will be completed via Secure Trading. This ensures that all card details are encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet.

  18. We set a purchase limit on your account which may be increased at our discretion. We reserve the right to suspend your account.

We guarantee to resolve your query within 5 working days. We shall respond to you by email or telephone, please indicate your preference when contacting us.

We operate a full refund policy; if you are not satisfied with our service we will refund your payment.
