How do I pay for the phonecard?
You can pay online using Secure Trading with the following types of credit card: Access, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo cards.
How quickly do I receive my phonecard details (access number, PIN, serial number, instructions) ?
Once we have received authorisation for payment from your credit / debit card (usually a few seconds), we email you the phonecard details immediately.
Are the calling rates competitive?
Yes, they are much cheaper than local telephone companies such as BT. e.g. less than 3p per minute to the USA (weekend). Rates are monitored continuously to ensure that they remain competitive and reliable. Rates charged to the phonecard vary according to which access number is used (local or freephone) and whether access is from a BT payphone or mobile.
What is a Service Charge?
Some service providers charge a daily or a monthly Service Charge. This charge commences when the first call is made. Please check the phonecards' terms and conditions for further details. The Terms and Conditions for each phonecard can be found on the shop page with each card.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. We will advise you at the outset if there are additional costs. We strongly advise our customers to pay attention to the charges of competing service providers. As distributors we do not control charging structures, but we do advertise these and our card wizard takes these into consideration when recommending a card to you.
Can I use a Phonecard with a payphone?
Yes, however some phonecard companies levy a surcharge for accessing their systems through a payphone. Please read the conditions of the phonecard you want to buy.
Can I make calls from a hotel phone?
Yes, but some hotels with switchboards may charge for the use of their phone or may bar you from calling 'freephone' numbers.
Do you guarantee the service?
No - it is not possible to guarantee the service, not even the largest telecommunication companies can guarantee 100% service at all times. Although as distributors of phonecards on behalf of the best companies we do not control the service, we pledge to do our utmost to keep our customers satisfied.
